
Sweet Vermicelli Recipe – With Dry fruits
A Rich & Festive Indian Sweet Vermicelli Recipe
Ingredients:
Vermicelli – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)
Water – 1½ cups
Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
Dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins) – 2–3 tablespoons (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Roast Vermicelli:
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli on low-medium flame until golden brown.
2. Add Water:
Pour water into the roasted vermicelli and let it come to a boil.
3. Cook Until Soft:
Let the vermicelli cook until soft and most of the water is absorbed.
4. Add Sugar:
Now add sugar and stir well. The sugar will melt and make the mixture slightly watery again.
