Paneer Bhurji – Quick Spicy Cottage Cheese Scramble

📝 Ingredients:200g paneer (crumbled),1 onion (chopped),1 tomato (chopped),1 green chili (chopped),1/2 tsp turmeric,1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,Salt to taste,1 tbsp oil or ghee,Fresh coriander leaves

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden.
2️⃣ Add green chili, tomato, and spices. Cook until soft.
3️⃣ Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣ Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander. Mix and serve.🍽 Serve hot with roti, paratha, or bread.
