Kadhi Chawal Recipe – Punjabi Kadhi Chawal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli, salt

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dry red chilli, curry leaves

  • 1 cup rice

Method:

  1. Mix curd, besan, spices, water. Boil on low flame.

  2. Temper with mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves.

  3. Cook rice separately.

  4. Serve kadhi hot with rice.
