Garmi ke dinon me body ko thanda aur hydrated rakhna bahut zaroori hota hai. Isi liye Masala Chhaach ek perfect desi summer drink hai jo taste aur health dono ka dhyaan rakhti hai. Yeh traditional Indian buttermilk recipe sirf 5 minute me tayar ho jati hai aur digestion ko improve karti hai.
Bhuna jeera, kala namak aur fresh dahi ka combination is drink ko ekdum refreshing bana deta hai.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh curd (dahi)
1½ cup cold water
½ tsp roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera)
¼ tsp black salt (kala namak)
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander
4–5 mint leaves (optional)
Pinch of hing (optional)

1️⃣ Dahi ko bowl me achhi tarah whisk kare.
2️⃣ Water add karke smooth aur thin consistency bana le.
3️⃣ Ab jeera powder, kala namak, normal namak aur hing add kare.
4️⃣ Achhi tarah mix kare.
5️⃣ Upar se dhaniya aur mint se garnish kare.
6️⃣ Thanda serve kare.
